I am going to start rereading Bulgaov's The Master and Margarita. I've been having a lot of epiphanies lately about what this world is really about and why I have always been an outsider in every way. What felt like punishment I now see as a blessing--protection. Anyone who is still capable of seeing and telling the truth should feel proud of themselves. And lucky. No matter how hard it is.
